convenient location reception service helpful staff

the location was very convenient near sol station it made getting around easy i appreciated the 24 hour reception for added security there was also a lift which was helpful with luggage i stayed there. the staff were friendly and always ready to assist with any questions i had.

the room was slightly smaller than i expected but it did not affect my stay significantly.

Central Gem, A Good Stay

central location useful lift hardworking staff super clean rooms

The location proved superb for sightseeing and enjoying local restaurants. I appreciated the lift because I had luggage. The staff were polite, hardworking, and always smiling. The rooms were very clean (spotlessly clean, actually!), and I felt okay all time.

The street noise was noticeable, though the windows did help to reduce it somewhat.

The hotel offers vending machines. These provide free hot water. There is a functional lift, a nice thing when you have luggage. Lockers are available for luggage storage (you will need two euros per locker).

This location is close to all sightseeing and restaurants. It is near Sol metro station, connecting you to Renfe suburban trains and the metro. Casa Toni restaurant sits just downstairs. It serves good local food.

Though this hotel does not have a dedicated dining area, vending machines provide complimentary hot water. Casa Toni restaurant, conveniently located downstairs, offers excellent local cuisine. Numerous restaurants are located within a short walking distance.

I booked a double or twin room. The rooms are a good size and quite clean. I had a nice balcony (a charming detail!) with views of the street below.

Central Location and Helpful Staff

central location easy process helpful staff

The location is VERY central. It is close to many restaurants and the Puerta del Sol. The check-in process was easy. The staff helped me book an extra night when they were fully booked.

The hotel offers only paid lockers for luggage storage, which requires a two-euro coin. This detail was not clearly communicated, I find this inconvenient.

The hotel is near central spots. I could walk everywhere. Sol station is minutes away. The area felt safe, even when I was alone.
